Teach at the Boston Renaissance Charter Public School

The Office of Human Resources, in close coordination with Superintendent/Chief Executive Officer and the Chair of the Human Resources Committee of the Board of Trustees, will plan, organize, and direct the personnel management program for all employees in conformance with policy directives of the Board of Trustees, as well as state and federal rules and regulations, and will coordinate the recruitment, hiring, and evaluation program for all personnel.

The Office of Human Resources is committed to:

  • providing for and implementing, fair, effective and consistent employee/employment related practices and procedures,
  • ensuring that current Renaissance teacher and paraprofessional staff members attain “highly qualified” status as required by the No Child Left Behind legislation,
  • ensuring that the Boston Renaissance Charter School recruits and retains “highly qualified” and committed candidates for all teacher/paraprofessional openings and the best qualified candidates for all other positions,
  • ensuring that the day to day departmental operations run efficiently and effectively.
